    Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

    At Adihyaa / अध्याय, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we make returns, exchanges, and cancellations easy:

    1. Returns & Exchanges

    Easy One-Time Process

    • 7-Day Window:Request returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.  
    • Condition:Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

    Note: Exchanged items are final—no further returns/exchanges. Choose replacements carefully.  

    After 7 Days

    • Returns or exchanges cannot be processed post this period.

    Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items?

    • Report issues within 7 days via our website for a free exchange.

    Self-Ship Option

    • If pickup isn’t available at your location, you may self-ship the product.
    • We reimburse up to ₹200 (on sharing the shipping receipt)

    Combo Orders & Discounts

    • Partial Returns: Refund is based on individual item prices (not the combo discount).
    • Discount Adjustment: If keeping some items, discounts are recalculated accordingly.

    Flexible Exchanges

    • Exchange for a product of equal, lower, or higher value.
    • Lower value: Price difference refunded to your bank/UPI post-delivery.
    • Higher value: Pay the difference at checkout.

    Note: Original payment discounts (e.g., prepaid offers) do not apply to exchanged orders.

    2. Cancellations

    • Cancel anytime before shipment.
    • For orders shipped instantly, contact Customer Support for assistance.

    3. Refunds

    • Cancelled Orders: Refund processed in 3-5 business days (original payment method).
    • Returns: Refund issued in 1-2 business days after warehouse inspection (to provided bank/UPI).
    • Exchanges (Lower Value): Price difference refunded post-delivery upon request.

    Important Notes

    • Check Before Returning: Ensure only requested items are sent back. No quality checks occur at pickup.
    • Keep Proof: Always collect pickup receipts. We’re not liable for unrecorded pickups.
